Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br />69 Shoestring Bay Road <br />V-09-34 <br />In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the Petitioner <br />met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded, <br />the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on December 9, 2009 to grant a Variance of <br />3,581 square feet from the land space requirements and therefore deem this lot to be buildable. <br />This is conditioned upon compliance with plan of Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. of Watertown, <br />Massachusetts entitled: "Lot 36 Shoestring Bay Estates, Willowbend Country Club — Mashpee, <br />MA, Lot Area Variance Plan, dated July 15, 2005, revised August 1, 2005 and August 22, 2005, <br />Project Number 06528, Russell J. Bousquet, No. 35389, Land Surveyor, Commonwealth of <br />Massachusetts". <br />
