Nelson, Chairman <br />M11r,hpoo Zoning Board of Appeals <br />November 21, 2009 <br />Decombvr 4, 2000 <br />This Decision has been duly filed on with <br />the Town Clerk of Mashpee. Any appeals shall be made pursuant to <br />Section 17 of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A within twenty <br />(20) days after the date of said filing. <br />This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Registry of <br />Deeds. A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk after the <br />expiration of the 20-day Appeal period. Special Permits shall lapse after <br />two years and Variances and Appeals after one year, unless substantial use <br />or construction has commenced or applications for extensions have been <br />filed prior to the expiration date. <br />9C. 2 � V I 330 60. <br />
