The kitchen will be removed upon issuance of occupancy permit on new <br /> dwelling. <br /> 6. The new dwelling will show 4 bedroom limitation along with the one <br /> bedroom above the barn due to the Board of Health's 5 bedroom maximum on <br /> septic system. <br /> 7. No further zoning relief from the board will be granted. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of the following variances: <br /> ✓ a 4,061 landspace variance <br /> ✓ 25 foot variance to the wetlands <br /> ✓ 50 foot frontage variance <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on February 13, 2008 to grant the above requested variances. The Variance <br /> is conditioned on plans from Christopher Costa&Associates, Inc., dated November 28, <br /> 2005, revised November 30, 2005, revised January 5, 2006 and revised March 15, 2006, <br /> revised March 13, 2007, revised March 21, 2007 and revised October 30, 2007 along <br /> with architectural plans from Graven Architectural Design, dated November 15, 2005 <br /> showing main dwelling to consist of 4 bedrooms only. <br />
