Mashpee Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals Agenda <br /> 2 February 13, 2008 <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws, for 5 feet to vary the side-line setback with certain conditions,to operate and <br /> build a retail/office/restaurant and residential mixed-use complex and to address actual built <br /> conditions,relocate certain square footage of building space and location of parking areas and <br /> previously approved residential units. Such minor changes are permitted under the C-1 zone of <br /> the Town of Mashpee Zoning Ordinance, do not increase the gross square footage authorized <br /> under the existing Special Permit, and as a result,will not increase the intensity of use of the site <br /> and will result in a more aesthetically pleasing plan. As per condition no. 5 of SP-86-04-024, <br /> applicant is requesting such changes be approved by the Mashpee Zoning Board. This request is <br /> made on property located in a G1 zoning district at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway(Map 74 Block 20) <br /> Mashpee,MA. <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership: Requests a Variance from Section 174-45.5 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for land based wind conversion facilities to be installed on existing building 11B <br /> (Talbot's Store)on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway(Map 74 <br /> Parcel 20)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Other Business: <br /> t l: v d z l 03J 80. <br /> 01 <br />
