(unstairs, Conference Room#11 at the Mashpee Town <br />Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on the following: <br />NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />s° <br />r40 <br />Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership: Requests a Modification of an existing Special <br />14 t Permit (SP -86-04-024) from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws, with certain conditions, to <br />operate and build a retail/office/restaurant and residential mixed-use complex and to address <br />actual built conditions, relocate certain square footage of building space and location of parking <br />areas and previously approved residential units. Such minor changes are permitted under the C -I <br />zone of the Town of Mashpee Zoning Ordinance, do not increase the gross square footage <br />authorized under the existing Special Permit, and as a result, will not increase the intensity of use <br />of the site and will result in a more aesthetically pleasing plan. As per condition no. 5 of SP -86- <br />04-024, applicant is requesting such changes be approved by the Mashpee Zoning Board. This <br />request is made on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 74 <br />Block 20) Mashpee, MA. <br />vv Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the <br />Zoning By-laws, for 5 feet to vary the side -line setback with certain conditions, to operate and <br />build a retail/office/restaurant and residential mixed-use complex and to address actual built <br />conditions, relocate certain square footage of building space and location of parking areas and <br />previously approved residential units.
