He will be sitting tonight. Attorney Kirrane addresses the Board of <br /> Health issue out standing at the previous hearing. Bob Nelson has "boat <br /> storage striken from the application and records but allows "boat repair" to <br /> remain. <br /> Attorney Kirrane addresses no. 7 and 8 of the March 18, 2008 memorandum <br /> from the Board of Health. Attorney Kirrane informs the Board that there is <br /> no nuisance intended from the trash in the truck. It was decided that upon <br /> occasion, refuse may from time to time remain in the truck. <br /> The paving will be done within the first year of occupancy; MDC drains and <br /> sorbant pillows will be there. Robert Nelson moves to have the March 18, <br /> 2008 memo from the Board of Health incorporation into the decision the <br /> ZBA will write for this property. All agree. So moved. <br /> The Board discusses extreme heat on a hot summer day and what that will <br /> do to the refuse in the trucks if there is any. Attorney Kirrane states that <br /> would constitute nuisance. They will be allowed "occasional overnight <br /> use <br /> DPW Memo discusses the fence—Director Catherine Laurent wants the tail <br /> end of the cars that are parking near the fence to not stick out onto the street <br /> or have the fence removed. <br />
