e <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals <br />• 1 <br />Minutes <br />March 12, 2008 <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, March 12, 2008 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on <br />Wednesday, March 12, 2008. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board <br />Members Robert Nelson, James Reiffarth, Jonathan Furbush, William <br />Blaisdell were present. Board Member Zella Elizenberry was absent. <br />Alternate Board Members Jack Dorsey and Peter Hinden were <br />present. <br />Robert Nelson opens the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br />Jonathan Furbush reads the continuances <br />Attorney Kevin Kirrane respectfully requests the ZBA withdraw without prejudice <br />• the Hubert matter currently before the Board. The Board makes a motion to <br />withdraw without prejudice — all agree. So moved. <br />Taurus DCP-Mashoee 2008 LLC c/o David Pina: Requests a Special Permit <br />from Sections 174-25 G(7), G(9), G(4), F(3) and D(1) of the Zoning By-laws in <br />order to open/operate a Sanitation Company/Charter Bus Company/Towing <br />Business/Winter Boat Storage and Repair on property located in an I-1 zoning <br />district at 53 Bowdoin Road (Map 62 Parcel 78) Mashpee, MA that was previously <br />being used as towing/auto service repair/salvage yard. Owner of Record: <br />T&D Realtv Trust. Carole Moraado. Trustee: sale oendina. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, Jack <br />Dorsey and Peter Hinden. William Blaisdell steps down. <br />Attorney Kevin Kirrane represents the applicant in this hearing. They are seeking <br />a Special Permit for the property Mr. Pina is trying to purchase at 53 Bowdoin <br />Road. They would like to have towing, auto and boat repair at the property, <br />along with his sanitation company. Mr. Pina wants the front of the building for <br />his auto and towing. The boats shown on the drawings are to indicate one boat <br />waiting to be repaired while the other is being worked on (it is not for storage). <br />Applicant intends to clean up the site which will make a huge difference for the <br />property itself and will make surrounding businesses happy as well. There are <br />• not changes proposed to existing building, only a change of use. <br />
