Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 3 April 9, 2008 <br />Edwina Johnson and Marlon Graham: Request a Variance from Section <br />174-31 of the Zoning By law in order to seek relief from the landspace <br />requirements, frontage requirements to deem lot buildable (previously granted <br />V-07-21) on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 45 Coombs Lane (Map <br />44 Parcel 28) Mashpee, MA. <br />John Slavinsky asks the Board for a continuance for 4 weeks so that the <br />mortgage company can try to work the default out with the applicant. The board <br />continues this until May 28, 2008 <br />Other Business: <br />Robert Nelson makes a motion to accept the minutes from March 12, 2008 as <br />amended. Jack Dorsey seconds the motion.
