Owner of Record: <br /> Harborview Realty Trust. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 25, 2008 and May 2, <br /> 2008 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James <br /> Reiffarth, William Blaisdell and John Dorsey. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Steve McKee represents himself at this hearing. He is requesting a special permit <br /> at the suggestion of the Building Inspector to be able to use/store masonry products at <br /> this site. It was previously used for selling sheds in the same location but the Building <br /> hnspector felt it was best to have applicant obtain his own special permit for this use of <br /> product.
