In his Order, the <br /> Building Inspector/Zoning Enforcement Agent noted that the current use and occupancy of the <br /> Plaza Del Sol Motel exceeds the scope and nature of any protected use under"grandfathering <br /> provisions", and ordered the applicant/owner to cease and desist any non-motel use of the <br /> property immediately. <br /> In the exercise of its discretionary powers, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> (Members: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, William Blaisdell and Jack <br /> Dorsey—all voting in the negative) (hereafter,the "Board") voted unanimously to DENY the <br /> applicant's request to overturn the Building Inspector/Zoning Enforcement Agent's Order, thus <br /> upholding said Order. <br /> SUBMITTALS: <br /> 1. a five page statement from applicant to ZBA that includes figures and newspaper <br /> articles. <br /> THE BOARD FINDS THE FOLLOWING FACTS: <br /> 1.
