Defendants, Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, William <br /> Blaisdell, and John Dorsey are Members of the Board of Appeals, with an address of 16 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, MA 02649. <br /> STATEMENT OF FACTS <br /> 1. On or about September 27, 2007, Plaintiff purchased an ongoing business <br /> know as the La Plaza Del Sol Motel (hereinafter"Motel"), which is a motel which has been <br /> in existence in excess of forty (40) years.
