Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 3 May 28, 2008 <br />the bathroom that exists there and no certificate of occupancy was issued for that <br />building. The space was originally designed for contractor bays and storage not for <br />public use. She would need 1 1 parking spaces which is available to her and not a <br />problem. The ZBA informs Ms. Mello that a letter of all items of concerned has been <br />issued to her and must be completed within 90 days of this Special Permit being issued. <br />She is aware of the letter and list of items and plans to have the owner complete them <br />where indicated. The Board will grant a Special Permit conditioned on the letter issued <br />by Rich Stevens, the Building Commissioner and all approvals from the Board of Health <br />as well. Jonathan Furbush makes a motion to grant a Special Permit conditioned on the <br />completion of all items in the letter attached to the decision within a 90 day time frame. <br />Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />Jack Dorsey makes a motion to adjourn the hearing. Peter Hinden seconds the motion. <br />All agree.
