Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />2 June 25, 2008 <br />but he must begin the process to prove the lot is within the Little Neck Bay <br />subdivision for them to possibly look at and they may need Town Counsel to <br />review this as well. Mr. MacLellan will get what he can and come back to <br />the Board. He thanks them for their time. <br />There is a member in the audience names Hans Keijser, who is a student and <br />would like to ask the Board some questions. Mr. Nelson asks him to address <br />the Board with his questions. He asks each of the member why they chose <br />to be on the ZBA, how long they have been on the board and what their likes <br />and dislikes are about it. He polls the Board and there is a short answer from <br />each member. <br />The Board reviews the plans for the matter at 15 Tuspaquin Road where the <br />applicant is requesting a pier, ramp and float. This matter was previously <br />filed in 2007 and withdrawn. There are also two abutters that are against the <br />dock being granted. The matter has not been heard yet by the ZBA since it is <br />still in Conservation. Mr. Nelson informs the Board that there is a matter of <br />a paper road and how it relates to the where the dock should go. Drew <br />McManus, Conservation Agent has asked the Board their thoughts on the <br />is paper road as well. The Board has a lengthy discussion and it is decided that <br />Conservation should send this matter to town counsel for his opinion. <br />Articles for Town Meetine: ZBA needs to vote on the articles that Tom <br />Fudala proposes to put into the warrant for October Town Meeting. <br />The Board discusses the articles that Tom Fudala has put together to put in the <br />warrant for the Town Meeting in October. They have read and reviewed the <br />articles and the Board is happy to have them put in the warrant. <br />Robert Nelson makes a motion to have the first article regarding the docks be <br />submitted to the Town Warrant and to have the ZBA be co-sponsors to the <br />articles. William Blaisdell seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />Robert Nelson makes a motion to have the second article submitted to the <br />warrant. Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />✓ The Board discusses the Special Permit they gave to Steve McKee for the <br />storage and sale of masonry products on Route 151. Bob Nelson drove by <br />and feels the material is too far out and too close to the street. That was <br />
