Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, June 27, 2008 and July 4, <br /> 2008 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, <br /> James Reiffarth, Jack Dorsey and Peter Hinden. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Donna Lee McMullen represents herself at this hearing. She is seeking to legalize <br /> an existing apartment in her home. She has been through Plan/Design Review. Rich <br /> Stevens, Building Commissioner suggested a window be installed and she completed <br /> that. The Board discusses parking and mentions the detached 2 car garage that needs <br /> some work. She mentions that she lives in the smaller apartment and rents out the larger <br /> one. The Board mentions that generally the smaller apartment is rented out. They will <br /> allow trigs to remain the way they are. The Board tells her that the garage must be <br /> cleaned Lip and used for parking. They also need to put in a driveway. Applicant is <br /> agreeable to all suggestions. The Board of Health has authorized three bedrooms for the <br />
