(upstairs Conference Room #1 at the Mashpee <br />Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on the following: <br />Alex MacLellan: Seamist Builders - 403 Great Oak Road - Extension on <br />existing variance. Mr. MacLellan would like to address the Board regarding the <br />information he has acquired on his lot. <br />Continued Matters <br />Robert White O' Leary Trust. O'Leary Familv Trust: Requests a Special <br />Permit from Section 174-25 (I)(9) of the Zoning By-laws to construct and <br />maintain in perpetuity a walkway, ramp and floats in John's Pond on property <br />located in an R-5 zoning district at 15 Tuspaquin Road (Map 71 Parcel 54) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Kathleen and Michael Bowler: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174- <br />25I(9) of the Zoning By-laws in order to build a pier, ramp and float on property <br />located in an R-5 zoning district at 37 Birch Way (Map 27 Parcel 85) Mashpee, <br />MA. <br />Obrinskv Trust: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By- <br />laws in order to allow single family residences to be built on separated parcels <br />and deem lots buildable. Relief was previously granted, however the Variance <br />has lapsed and applicant is re -applying. This relief is requested on property <br />located in an R-5 zoning district at 223 Wheeler Road (Map 49 Parcel 35) <br />Mashpee, MA. Owners of Record: Robert William Obrinskw Luisa Anne <br />Simone: Rebecca Alexandra Obrinskv: and Jessica Louis Obrinskv. <br />Diana L. Obrinskv Trustee of the Whorton-Obrinskv Trust Requests a <br />Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws in order to allow single <br />family residences to be built on separated parcels and deem lots buildable. <br />Relief was previously granted, however the Variance has lapsed and applicant is <br />re -applying.
