James Griffiths is
representing Mr.Quinn as he is out of town. They were previously granted
variances for landspace and for frontage requirements. Due to the economy, the
lots have not been sold and therefore no substantial commencement of
construction has begun so the variances expired. He is seeking the same
variance requests are before; both need 17,500 square feet and 25 feet of
frontage. The Board reviews the plans and finds that nothing has changed on the
requests. Robert Nelson moves to grant a 17,500 square foot landspace
variance and a 25 foot frontage variance. Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion.
• All agree. So moved.
Brad Robinson: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25 G(4) of the
Zoning By-laws to run a light cabinetry business on property located in an I-1
zoning district at 628 Main Street — Route 130 — Unit B2, Mashpee (Map 13
Parcel 47.B2) Mashpee, MA.
