The plaintiffs are aggrieved within the meaning of General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section <br /> 17 as amended,by the decisions of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mashpee to: 1) <br /> grant a variance to the Defendants, Eric and Dawn A. Peterson, from the provisions of Section <br /> 174-31 of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws as to front yard set back and landscaping requirements; <br /> and 2) grant a special permit to the said Defendants pursuant to Section 174-20 and Section <br /> 174-24 of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws both for the construction of a proposed 34' x 34' <br /> detached free standing garage on the above-described premises of the said Defendants. <br /> 2 <br />
