Notice was given by publication in The N4asllpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 12, 2007 and <br /> January 19, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Marshall Brem, Frederick Borgeson and Jonathan Forbush. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decisioni pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> James and Erika Stovich represent themselves at this hearing. They are seeking a <br /> Variance from the setback requirements in order to build an accessory apartment. The <br /> Board reviews the plans. This shall be conditioned on approval from the Board of Health. <br /> They need to maintain 25 feet and are unable to. They are looking for 5.07 feet to the <br /> addition. There are no comments fi•om abutters. The Board moves to grant the variance. <br /> ,1 <br />
