Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 2, 2007 and March <br /> March 9, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Marshall Brem, Frederick Borgeson and Jonathan Forbush. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> David Frye represents the applicant at this hearing. They are seeking a variance <br /> in order to add/build an overhang on the building at the old Harwich Concrete Building <br /> that Stonewood Products has taken over. It is a corner lot and they have no plans to <br /> enclose the area tinder the overhang. The Board wishes to stipulate that it not be <br /> enclosed. The requirement is 75 foot setback and the applicant is looking to have the <br /> overhang sit at 69 feet which would require a 6 foot variance. Frederick Borgeson makes <br /> a motion to grant.a 6 foot variance to the front of Main Street and Echo Road. Marshall <br /> Brem seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. A roll call vote is taken. Frederick <br /> " Borgeson votes yes. Marshall Brem votes yes. Zella Elizenberry votes yes. Jonathan <br />
