•
•
0
Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals
OTHER BUSINESS:
Minutes
March 14, 2007
Robert Nelson makes a motion to accept minutes from January 24, 2007, February 14,
2007 and February 21, 2007 (Mashpee Woods). Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion.
All agree. So moved.
Heather Puopollo: Applicant was before the board several months ago and was granted
a variance request for an in ground pool. The pool company installed the pool from the
wrong surveying point thus making the variance incorrect and closer to the property line.
The applicant brought the new plot plan in when the Building Inspector did his inspection
and realized the installation was wrong. The Board has seen this problem before and
feels the pool should be torn up and let the pool company assume the costs. It is their
responsibility to adhere to the zoning that the board issues.
✓ Bob Nelson addresses the Board about N Star and the Wags Road project. N Star
has informed the Building Department that Andrew Conway never completed the
steps necessary per the conditions on the variance. The work has been stopped
and no occupancy permit or building permit has been issued.
✓ Bob Nelson addresses the Board regarding chapter 174-93. This by-law states
that it is mandatory that the full board members sit unless they are absent or
unable to sit. Chairman Nelson just wanted to remind the Board that is the policy
he wishes to enforce.
Jonathan Furbush makes a motion to adjourn. Marshall Brem seconds the motion. All
agree. So moved.
R ectful``l/y submitted,
Lori Corsi
Office Mgr.
ZBA
