Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />1 March 28, 2007 <br />• TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, March 28, 2007 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 28, <br />2007. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members Robert Nelson, Marshall Brem, <br />Frederick Borgeson and Jonathan Purbush were present along with alternate members <br />James Reiffarth and George Bolton. Martin Gordon was absent and Zella Elizenberry <br />were absent. <br />Mr. Nelson brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Marshall Brem read the continuances. <br />Thomas and Bonnie Smith: Request a Special Permit from Section 174-25 (1)(9) of the <br />zoning by-laws in order to construct and maintain a dock facility with maintenance and <br />perpetuity on,property located in an R-3 zoning district at 266 Monomoscoy Road (Map <br />120 Parcel 57B) Mashpee, MA. <br />Thomas and Bonnie Smith: Request a Variance from Section 174-25 (I)(9) of the <br />zoning by-laws in order to construct and maintain a dock facility with maintenance and <br />perpetuity beyond the 70 foot maximum. Dock facility is proposed to be 236 feet from <br />MHW on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 266 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120 <br />Parcel 57B) Mashpee, MA. <br />Mr. Nelson informs the Board that this matter has been continued long enough and the <br />time frame has run out and they have given the applicant far too many continuances. The <br />Board agrees and Marshall Brem makes a motion to Deny without Prejudice the matter of <br />Thomas and Bonnie Smith. Mr. Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />Informal Discussion: Denise McParllen of the The Affordable Housing Committee <br />would like to address the ZBA on time lines and guidelines for the completion of Chapter <br />40B housing. <br />Mr. Nelson asks for a representative from the Affordable Housing Committee to address <br />the board as they requested.. There appears to be no one present. The next hearing is <br />called. <br />Southside Realtv Trust: Requests a Comprehensive Permit from Section M.G.L.ch 40B <br />• of the zoning by-laws in order to build 8 detached condominium units off the Main Street <br />
