Robert Nelson votes yes. James Reiffarth votes yes. Eric Dublirer votes yes. <br />Reference plans from Sweetster Engineering, dated March 15, 2007, Job No. 6573-00. <br />Informal Discussions: <br />Heather Puonolo --- pool installed incorrectly — pool company and applicant would like <br />to address the Board. <br />Heather Puopolo along with her pool installer/owner of Holiday Pool addresses <br />the Board with respect to a pool that lie installed incorrectly. The ZBA granted a <br />variance for applicant to install a built in swimming pool. Holiday Pool owner admits <br />that lie measured from the edge of pavement instead of the lot line and now the pool is <br />not where the variance was granted. The ZBA feels that since this has been a previous <br />issue with pools, it is up to the pool installer to rectify the situation. They inform him to <br />take out the pool and measure correctly. An certified engineer should have known better <br />after 29 years of working in that area. <br />Randv Bern — 166 Waterway... SP to tear down needs extension. Mr. Bern wishes to ask <br />the Board for a 6 month extension in order to tear down the house and rebuild on this <br />property. The market has been slow and he is asking for more time. The Board grants a <br />six month extension. <br />• <br />Jonathan Furbush makes a motion to adjourn the meeting. Zella Elizenberry seconds the <br />motion. All agree.
