Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 27, 2007 and May 4. <br /> 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was originally scheduled for the Petition on May 9, 2007 but <br /> held on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at the Mashpee Town Hall, at which time the <br /> following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, James Reiffarth and Jonathan Forbush. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the To\vn of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the applicant. They are <br /> seeking to modify the existing special permit (SP-05-91) that the previous owner had in <br /> place. They will keep the same square footage of what was proposed but they are <br /> building 2 buildings. They are seeking to add plumbing, electrical, carpentry, a place 1-or <br /> manufacturing, wholesale business and storage in a roofed structure. Applicant has been <br /> through the Plan Review/Design Review process and incorporated all requested changes. <br /> There is adequate parking whereby applicant has made the spaces 9.5 feet as Tom Fudala <br /> had suggested.
