Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, May 11, 2007 and May 18, <br /> 2007 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Frederick Borgeson, George Bolton and Mai-shall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Christopher Newman represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking to build all <br /> accessory apartment for his mother in law. The Board reviews the plans and finds the lot <br /> to be almost two acres. There is plenty of parking and all setbacks can be met without <br /> variance relief, The Board of Health has approved the plans as well as Conservation. <br /> The Board wants the extra commercial vehicles to be removed. Applicant is working on <br /> purchasing some commercial space to Put them. The Board makes a motion to grant the <br /> special permit. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 126 South Sandwich Road and contains <br /> 81,880 square feet. <br />
