Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, June 15, 2007 and June 22, <br /> 2007 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> following members of the Zoning <br /> Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at which time the f <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Jeremiah Burnett represents the applicant at this hearing. He is seeking to build <br /> an accessory apartment. The lot coverage is adequate, the parking is adequate arid it will <br /> be owner occupied. The Board reviews the plans and the applicant has gone through the <br /> Plan Review process.
