Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />4 August 8, 2007 <br />• Sitting: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, Zella Elizenberry and George <br />Bolton. <br />Attorney Jason Talerman is present and representing the ZBA. The Board <br />reviews the Decision with Attorney Talerman and Attorney Christopher <br />Kirrane of Dunning & Kirrane and Justin Lameroux of Horsley & Witten. <br />The go through each line and condition of the Decision. The Board <br />questions about lot # 8 and if the garage is incorporated in the dwelling. The <br />one -bedroom house is not one of the affordables and at the moment will <br />remain a one -bedroom unless the septic system situation changes. Also <br />under condition #8, under decisions and conditions Attorney Chris Kirrane <br />discusses the fact that the applicant does not want to finish all landscaping <br />that will be required until the roadway can be finished. Mr. Nelson wants <br />the true line layed out by a registered landsurveyor before any clearing is <br />done. After much discussion regarding the decision and the changes <br />Attorney Talerman makes — the Board feels they are ready to make a <br />decision. Robert Nelson makes a motion to grant the Comprehensive <br />Special Permit. Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion . All agree. So <br />moved.
