Board Members Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br />Jonathan Forbush, James Reiffarth and George Bolton were present along with alternate <br />members Martin Gordon and William Blaisdell. <br />Robert Nelson opens the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br />Zella Elizenberry reads the continuances. <br />Continued Matters <br />Tuvetchi Fisher-Rodden: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-25(D)(1) of the <br />• Zoning By-laws in order to maintain an skin care/massage center on property located in <br />an 1-1 zoning district at 766 Falmouth Road (Map 88 Parcel 38) Mashpee, MA. Owner <br />of Record: Meder Electronics, Inc. <br />And re -advertised <br />Tuvetchi Fisher-Rodden: Requests an addition of Section 174-25 D(2) of the Zoning <br />By-laws to modify Special Permit currently being heard by the Zoning Board of Appeals <br />in order to build an skin care/massage center on property located in an I-1 zoning district <br />at 766 Falmouth Road (Map 88 Parcel 38) Mashpee, MA. Owner of Record: Meder <br />Electronics, Inc. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth and <br />George Bolton. <br />Attorney Kevin Kirrane represents the applicant - this matter was continued from July 25, <br />2007. Attorney Kirrane addresses the Board regarding the letters in support of Chi's <br />business and that she intends to abide by all of the conditions that the Board would <br />impose should they grant this special permit. There will be no retail and no nails being <br />done at this premises. Mr. Nelson wants to see the intemet web site changed to reflect <br />what she will actually be doing at Madaket Place. Currently, the web site and <br />• coupon/certificate that is being given on the back of Stop &Shop register receipts is not <br />
