Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 26, 2007 and <br /> November 2, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was opened on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 14, 2007 and continued until January 23, 2008, at which time the <br /> following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth and William <br /> Blaisdell. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> John Slavinsky represents the applicant at this continued hearing. They have been <br /> delayed in Conservation for many weeks due to the fact that the Harbor Master wanted <br /> the pier moved farther away from the moorings. This had to be done with the Corps of <br /> Engineering involved and it took a long time. Mr. Slavinsky presents new plans to the <br /> Board and they review them.
