(UPSTAIRS, Conference Room#1) at the Mashpce <br />Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on the following: <br />Continued Matters <br />Robert Batemen: Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 to vary the distance to the <br />wetlands by 13 feet (50 feet required) in order to build a 32' x 24' house and 10' x 14' <br />deck on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 74 Ninigret Avenue (Map 72 Parcel <br />52A) Mashpee, MA. <br />• Susan C. James: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />vary the setback requirements in order to install a built-in swimming pool on property <br />located in an R-5 zoning district at 73 Shields Road (Map 37/128 Parcel 95A) Mashpee, <br />MA. <br />Dennis Kerkado: Requests a Special Permit from Section, 174-25 I(9) of the Zoning By- <br />laws in order to build a pier, ramp and float on property located in an R-3 zoning district <br />at 184 Captains Row (Map 96 Parcel 32) Mashpee, MA. <br />NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />.lobs -Whitings Trust: This application is made pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 406, <br />Section 21 for a Comprehensive Permit for development of (382) units for sale and for <br />rent in detached single family homes, townhouses, apartments, and live/work units, on a <br />60.7 acre site abutting .fobs Fishing Road and Route 151 in Mashpee. Locus is'currently <br />zoned in C-1, R-3 and R-5 (Map 74 Parcel 19B, Map 74 Parcel 34, Map 74 Parcel 20 and <br />Map 73 Parcel 10). Pursuant to NEP; 96 of the housing units (81 hone ownership and 15 <br />rental units) or 25% will be sold or rented to householdswhoe gross annual income does <br />not exceed 80% of area median income.
