Notice was given by publication) in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on January 13, 2006 and January 20, 2006, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 25, 2006 and continued until February 8, 2006, at which time the <br /> following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Frederick Borgeson, Marshall Brem and Jonathan <br /> Furbush. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Wilfred Reed represented himself at the first hearing. He requested several <br /> variances in order to rebuild a dwelling and the property is on a corner lot. The Board <br /> felt the property needed to be cleaned up quite a bit and requested that he do that before <br /> they will entertain a motion for any variances. He appeared at the subsequent hearing on <br /> February 8, 2006 and accomplished everything the Board asked him to do. The area was <br /> cleaned up and dumpster was provided. After the Board reviewed the plans they <br /> discussed the variance request. He needs a sideline variance on both sides and a front <br />
