yyF.Tll�1N f}F. <br /> f� lown of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great, lfeck koacl .Nort-t�t <br /> A/Jashpee, Massachusetts 0264 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> Re: Gina Devlin 20 Oneida Ave. <br /> Map 65 Parcel 48 <br /> SP-06-3s' <br /> A Petition was filed on April 26, 2006 for a Special Permit tinder Section 174- <br /> 45.4 of the Zoning By-laws to build an accessory apartment on property located in an R-5 <br /> zoning district at 20 Oneida Avenue (Map 65 Parcel 48) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, April 28, 2006, and May 5, <br /> 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Marshall Brem, Jonathan Furbush and Eric Dublirer <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to tJne <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Daryl Chapman represents the petitioners at this hearing. They are seeking a <br /> special permit in order to build an accessory apartment. The Board discusses the criteria <br /> necessary to accommodate the permit. Applicant is aware of them and has received <br /> approval from the Site Plan Review. He is aware that is must be owner occupied and is <br /> not given in perpetuity. The Board reviews the plans and finds the request to be <br /> acceptable. The Board moves to grant the special permit. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject lot is located at 20 Oneida Avenue and contains 20,254 square <br /> feet. <br />
