Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 16, 2006 and June <br /> 23, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 28, 2006, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, Eric <br /> Dublirer, Jonathan Furbush and Marshall Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> John Slavinksy of Cape & Islands Engineering represent the applicants at this <br /> hearing. They are seeking a special permit to demolish the existing dwelling and rebuild <br /> a new 3 bedroom dwelling. There will be a new septic system installed and this will not <br /> be more detrimental to the neighborhood. The Board reviews the plans and feels this will <br /> be an improvement to the neighborhood. Marshall Brem moves to grant the special <br /> permit. <br />
