Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 1 June 28, 2006 <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, June 28, 2006 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 28, <br />2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members Robert Nelson, Zella <br />Elizenberry, Marshall Brem and Jonathan Furbush were present along with alternate <br />members James Reiffarth and Eric Dublirer. Board member Frederick Borgeson was <br />absent. <br />Mr. Nelson brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Zella Elizenberry read the continuances for tonight's hearing. <br />Leon Bodzioch: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />seek relief from the frontyard setback requirements in order to build an accessory <br />apartment on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 71 Great Pines Drive (Map 88 <br />Parcel 6) Mashpee, MA. <br />• Leon Bodzioch: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-45.4 of the Zoning By- <br />laws in order to build an accessory apartment on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />district at 71 Great Pines Drive (Map 88 Parcel 6) Mashpee, MA. <br />Applicant has asked there there be a motion to withdraw without prejudice for both the <br />special permit and variance. Marshall Brem makes a motion to withdraw the special <br />permit and variance without prejudice. Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion. All agree. <br />So moved. <br />Leslie Marsh: Represents Eastern Bank and is requesting an extension on an issued <br />landscaping bond that will expire June 30, 2006. The weather has held up a lot of last <br />minute items to be completed and they are requesting an 8 week extension to complete <br />the site lighting, striping and other such landscaping things. The Board feels things are <br />looking good and Marshall Brem moves to grant an 8 week extension until August 31, <br />2006 to Eastern Bank. Jonathan Forbush seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. <br />Carol and Richard Olsen: Request a Special Permit from Section 174-20 of the Zoning <br />By-laws in order to demolish an existing dwelling and re -build a new three bedroom <br />dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 145 Ninigret Avenue (Map 65 <br />Parcel 51 and 52) Mashpee, MA. <br />• Carol and Richard Olsen: Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning. By- <br />laws to seek relief from the landspace requirements and front yard setback requirements <br />in order to re -build a new three bedroom dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />district at 145 Ninigret Avenue (Map 65 Parcel 51 and 52) Mashpee, MA. <br />
