Mashpee Zoning Cape Cod Free Clinic and Community <br /> Board of Appeals Health Center <br /> 3 SP-06-54 <br /> will not cause excessive erosion or cause increased runoff onto neighboring <br /> properties or into any natural river, stream,pond or water body and will not <br /> otherwise be detrimental to the town or the area". <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 32 Commercial Street and contains 4.6 <br /> acres. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that; <br /> 1. the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, rules and <br /> regulations. <br /> 2. there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created as a result of <br /> the proposal. <br /> 4. there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in <br /> Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on August 9, <br /> 2006 to grant a Special Permit on the subject property. The Special Permit is conditioned <br /> upon compliance with plans Reference architectural plans from Melton Ferre of Boston, <br /> MA dated July 28, 2006 and plans from Holmes and McGrath of Falmouth, MA, dated <br /> June 26, 2006 and revised July 26, 2006, Job No. 205302. <br />
