Any appeals shall be <br />made pursuant to Section 17 of the Massachusetts General <br />Laws Chapter 40A within twenty days after the date of said <br />filing. <br />This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is tiled <br />at the Registry of Deeds. A Certified Copy may be , <br />obtained from the Town Clerk after the expiration of the <br />20-day Appeal period. Special Permits sliall lapse after two <br />years and Variances and Appeals after one year; unless <br />substantial use or construction has commenced or <br />applications for extensions have been tiled prior to the <br />expiration date. <br />
