• Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes <br />October 12, 2006 <br />Decision on Comprehensive Permit Aonlication: <br />The ZBA Board conducted review of the draft Decision on <br />Comprehensive Permit Application for the application which was received <br />by the Zoning Board of Appeals on December 1, 2005. The following <br />amendments were considered. <br />I. Procedural History and Jurisdictional Findines: <br />6. The ZBA Administrator shall incorporate the commencing date, the <br />public hearing dates and the date on which the hearing is closed. <br />8. Typo. Correspondence was received from the Cape Cod Commission dated <br />• October 4, 2006 regarding the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) <br />review. CCC Hearing date is 11/9/06. <br />U. Proiect and Prooerty Descrintion: <br />1. To be continued and updated with more operative plans. <br />3. Remove language: To read: Homeyer Village, the Christ The King <br />Church and the Deer Crossing condominium village. The Library and <br />the Deer Crossing commercial center are also in close proximity to the <br />proposed project. <br />5. a., b., c., d.
