• <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals <br />2 <br />GENERAL FINDINGS <br />Carlton Hendricks <br />V-05-07 <br />1. that the subject property is located at 12 Somerset Road and contains 12,500 <br />square feet. <br />In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the Petitioner <br />met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly made and <br />seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January 12, 2005 to grant <br />a 106. foot variance on the southerly side. The Variance is conditioned upon compliance <br />with plans from Cape & Islands Engineering, dated November 23, 2004. <br />
