Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />1 February 9, 2005 <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes - Wednesday, February 9, 2005 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February <br />9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members Robert Nelson, Zella <br />Elizenberry and Richard Guerrera were present. Also present were alternate members <br />Frederick Borgeson, Evano Cunha and Jonathan Furbush. Member Marshall Brem was <br />absent. <br />Mr. Nelson brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mr. Nelson wanted to take a moment and tell the Board and the audience that Mr. Regan <br />officially resigned from the Board. He wanted to thank Mr. Regan for all of the time and <br />energy that he gave to the community both as a member of the ZBA and most recently <br />the chairman. He has been on the Board for more than 10 years and the Board would like <br />. to formally thank him. <br />Mr.Nelson then asked for any nominations for a new Chairman. Frederick Borgeson <br />made a motion to nominate Robert Nelson as Chairman. Richard Guerrera seconded the <br />motion. All agree. So moved. Mr. Nelson will be the Chairman of the ZBA. <br />Mr. Nelson informs the Board that they will work without a Vice Chairman for the <br />moment until the issue is brought to Town Meeting. Zella Elizenberry will remain as the <br />Clerk. <br />Zella Elizenberry read the hearings that were continued at the last minute. <br />Continuances <br />Mashnee Realtv Investors/Debra Risman: Request a Special Permit from Section 174- <br />20 of the Zoning By-laws to demolish existing dwelling and build a new house at <br />property located in an R-3 zoning district at 19 Sand Dollar Lane (Map 105/91 Parcel 51) <br />Mashpee, MA. Owner: Stanlev-Evans Realtv Trust <br />Mashnee Realtv Investors/Debra Risman: Request a Variance under Section 174-31 <br />of the Zoning By-laws seeking relief from the setback requirements and lot coverage <br />• requirements in order to build a new dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />
