Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on March 4, 2005 and March 11, 2005, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry Richard <br /> Guerrera, Frederick Borgeson and Jonathan Furbush. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Marc DeNardo represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a variance from <br /> the setback requirements in order to build a garage. The addition of the garage would <br /> bring his total lot coverage to 15% which is well below the 20% maximum. The Board <br /> reviews his plot plan and since there are no abutters present with any concerns, the Board <br /> moves to grant a 13.3 foot sideyard variance, a 50 foot frontage variance and a 60,000 <br /> square foot landspace variance <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 17 Wilan Road and contains 20,000 <br /> square feet. <br />
