Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Gi eat J%ck 1�oa(l Noi <br /> IYJassochusetts 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Matthew and Holly Branton 98 Park Place Way <br /> Map 37 Parcel 187 <br /> V-05-51 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 22, 2005 by Matthew Branton for a Variance from <br /> Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary the current setback requirements in order <br /> to build a 16' x 20'garage on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 98 Park Place <br /> Way (Map 37 Block 187) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation on March 25, 2005 and April 1, 2005, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part in the Town of Mashpee, on hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 27, 2005, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberr)', <br /> Frederick Borgeson, Marshall Brem and Evano Cunha. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Mathew Branton represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a sideyard <br /> variance in order to build a 16' x 20' garage. The plans are reviewed by the board and <br /> they feel this is a reasonable request. The Board moves to grant the variance. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. that the subject property is located at 98 Park Place Way and contains 31,656 <br /> square feet. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> The Board determined that: <br />
