A new Title V system will enhance the area.
In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the
Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion
duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted 4-1 in favor on May 25,
2005 to grant a Special Permit to alter the existing dwelling on the subject property. The
Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with plans from The Phoenix Group of
New Seabury, MA, dated February 1, 2004, revised February 13, 2004, revised May 25,
2004, revised May 18, 2005.
