Moore; thence turning and running S 24° 20' 40" W <br /> a distance of fifteen (15) feet, more or less, to an iron pipe and <br /> continuing in the same course four hundred (400) feet to a concrete <br /> t <br /> bound; and continuing in the same course ten (10) feet,, more or <br /> less, to the marshland now or formerly of the Heirs of Reuben Fuller, <br /> all of said distance being by said land presently occupied by said <br /> Jchn J.
