Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />5 May 25, 2005 <br />• OTHER BUSINESS: <br />There are two people interested in joining the ZBA and have put in letters to the BOS. <br />Mr. Nelson needs to have the residency requirement looked into as far as someone sitting <br />on the Board that does not reside in Mashpee. Lori Corsi will look into that. He would <br />ask that they be invited to sit in on the next hearing. <br />Mashnee Commons: Mr. Nelson updates the Board as to where they are with the <br />upcoming 40 B and the various meetings that the Town has had with Mashpee Commons. <br />They have completed an agreement with the Archi Diocese regarding the land <br />purchase/swap. They are trying to get through as many general items as they can before <br />they actually file. At this point, they have set up interviews to obtain traffic studies and <br />financial studies. <br />Mashnee Realtv Investors —19 Sand Dollar Lane: Applicant has asked that since <br />there was another applicant that was allowed to canteliver their deck over by two feet, <br />that he be allowed to do the same. The Board granted them a special permit and variance <br />relief several months back. Zella Elizenberry moves to allow the deck on the new <br />dwelling being erected at 19 Sand Dollar Lane to be cantilevered by two feet. Robert <br />Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So moved. An amended decision will be drawn <br />up for applicant. <br />• Zella Elizenberry makes a motion to adjourn the meeting. Jonathan Furbush seconds the <br />motion. All agree.
