Previous permit (SP -04-97) was <br />partially demolished. <br />Edwin D. McGuire: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />seek relief from the setback requirements and lot coverage requirements in order to build <br />a 24'.6 x 28' garage, a 24'.20 x 68'.20 house/porch and a 17'.9 breezeway on property <br />located in an R-3 zoning district at 410 Monomoscoy Road (Map 124 Parcel 44) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Other Business and Discussion: <br />✓ 19 Sand Dollar Lane — they wish to be allowed the same rights to cantilever their <br />deck by two feet as others were allowed at the May 11, 2005 hearing.
