Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 20, 2005 and May 27, <br /> 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 13, 2004, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella Elizenberry, Frederick Borgeson, <br /> Evano Cunha, Jonathan Furbush and Eric Dublirer. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Lance Lambros represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a special permit to <br /> add the use of light manufacturing, welding and light architecture of fences to the <br /> existing special permit for use and rental of Unit C in the stretch of commercial bays that <br /> he owns. The Board questions Mr. Lambros as to the materials that will be used and if <br /> they are toxic materials or not. Mr. Lambros informs them that it is straight steel that will <br /> be used and they will be required to conform to the Board of Health requirements in that <br /> aspect.
