Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />1 6-8-05 <br />• TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, June 8, 2005 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 8, <br />2005 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members Robert Nelson, Zella <br />Elizenbeny, Frederick Borgeson and Evano Cunha were present along with alternate <br />members Jonathan Furbush., and Eric Dublirer. Board member Marshall Brem and <br />alternate member James Reiffarth were absent. <br />Mr. Nelson brought the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Frederick Borgeson reads the continuances for this evening. With regard to the following <br />matters: <br />Margot F. White, Trustee: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By- <br />laws in order to seek relief from the lot size and frontage requirements in order to <br />separate merged lots to create a single building lot on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />district at 6 Chart Way (Map 106Parcel 15) Mashpee, MA. <br />Margot F. White, Trustee: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By- <br />laws in order to seek relief from the lot size and frontage requirements in order to <br />separate merged lots to create a single building lot on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />district at 8 Chart Way (Map 106 Parcel 16 Mashpee, MA. <br />Plvmouth Savings Bank: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-54 of the Zoning <br />By-laws in order to have signage and illumination in a commercial district on property <br />located in a C-1 zoning district at 6 Shellback Way (Map 81 Parcel 36) Mashpee, MA. <br />Owner: Charles C. Hajjar Trust, Falmouth Road Trust <br />These matters have been requested to be withdrawn without vreiudice. The Board <br />makes a motion to withdraw the above referenced matters without nreiudice. <br />Motion is seconded, all agree. So moved. <br />Chairman Nelson addressed the Board.before he opened the meeting. He would like to <br />instruct the members to please respect the person at the podium who is speaking and keep <br />the talking and questions quiet until the applicant or his representative has completed his <br />presentation. He was very upset at the last hearing and received numerous complaints <br />that the public could hear the behind the scenes comments from Board member and then <br />the members were asking questions of the speaker that, had they been listening, they <br />would have realized had already been addressed. He wishes to extend apologies to <br />Attorney Kevin Kirrane of Dunning & Kirrane for this happening during his presentation <br />• at the previous hearing. Mr. Nelson will allow time for questions from the Board after <br />the audience has been polled for comments. <br />
