Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />6 July 2005 <br />seeking relief from the Devonshire side. Thea Board asks what the lot coverage is with all <br />of the structures including the house, pool, shed and garage. It does not appear on the <br />plot plan and the Board asks that Ms. Reed have her engineering total up the amount and <br />continue this until July 27"i. The engineer should have done this originally or they would <br />not need to continue the matter if it is not more than 20% lot coverage. The Board makes <br />a motion to continue the matter until July 27'h. All agree. So moved. <br />Other Business: <br />✓ Letter to be read from Attorney Sidney Heimberg regarding Harwich Concrete. <br />Mr. Nelson reads the letter from Mr. Heimberg into the record regarding Harwich <br />Concrete. The slats on the fence are still not installed. Mr. Nelson feels the ZBA has <br />done as much as they can do at this point and have made great changes for the abutters. <br />They have told Mr. Heimberg many times that the Building Inspector is now handling <br />this matter. Mr. Nelson asks that one last letter be written to Attorney Boudreau to get <br />the slats installed in the fence. Lori Corsi will write that letter. <br />• Robert Nelson makes a motion to adjourn the meeting.
