Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 15, 2005 and July 27, <br /> 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 27, 2005, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Zella Elizenberry, Marshall Brem, Jonathan <br /> Furbush, James Reiffaith and Eric Dublirer. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represents the applicant at this <br /> hearing. They are seeking a special permit to have his company Coastal-N-Counters be <br /> able to conduct business at this new location and be able to continue to manufacture and <br /> repair counter tops and possibly add a granite line as well down the road. They have met <br /> with the Technical Review Committee and the Board of Health and the Planning Board <br /> have approved this as well. The parking will be paved and the fence that is there will <br /> remain and the area will be fenced in. The septic system must be outside the Mashpee <br /> recharging zone. Applicant is aware of this and all requests will be taken care of. The <br /> Board of Health has the following comments: <br />
