(Upstairs, Conference Room#1) at the Mashpee Town <br />Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, on the following: <br />JI Keith Mendes: Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-45.4 of the Zoning By-laws <br />to build an accessory apartment on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 587 Main <br />Street (Map 20 Parcel 30) Mashpee, MA. <br />Keith Mendes: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to vary <br />the setback requirements in order to build an accessory apartment on property located in <br />an R-5 zoning district at 587 Main Street (Map 20 Parcel 30) Mashpee, MA. <br />a <br />William and Nanev Whitnev: Request a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174- <br />47(B)(8) of the Zoning By-laws in order to build an addition, deck, stairway and <br />bulkhead and from the requirement that a dwelling must not be less than 30 feet from the <br />street frontage in a cluster development on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 9 <br />Tide Run (Map 126 Parcel 43) Mashpee, MA. <br />�1 Scott Wurster: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws to <br />exceed the maximum allowable 20% lot coverage to build an addition on property <br />located in an R-3 zoning district at 4 Bayview Road (Map 119 Parcel 32) Mashpee, MA. <br />Plans may be viewed prior to the hearings in the office of the Town Clerk. <br />PER ORDER OF: Robert G.
