Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on August 26, 2005 and <br /> September 2, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Zella Elizenberry, <br /> Marshall Brem, Evano Cunha and Frederick Borgeson. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Robert Bergeron represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking variances on his <br /> property for setback relief in several areas in order to build a garage with a breezeway <br /> and porch. Mr. Bergeron is burdened with maintaining three frontages and the lot has <br /> problematic topography. The Board reviews the plans and mentions that the Board of <br /> Health has requested the septic system to be re-inspected. After some discussion on the <br /> lot shape, the Board moves to grant the following: <br /> ✓ 3.9 foot variance on the sideyard <br /> ✓ 9.2 foot variance on the sideyard <br /> ✓ 21.6 foot variance on the front yard <br /> ✓ 24.3 foot variance on the front yard <br /> ✓ 12.6 foot variance on the front yard <br />
